Bojangles'

Stopped by for a quick breakfast biscuit on 07/08/22. They know how to do biscuits!! Bacon egg biscuit was cooked just right!! The bacon was perfectly cooked. The bo-berry biscuit without icing was nice and brown...and hot!! Great job on the biscuit making!! And the workers were so nice and friendly!! Will definitely stop in again on our next trip thru Elizabethtown!

I love their bo-berry biscuits. Anytime I've ever gone there they're slightly rude / impatient. With their customers and it's not just me I've seen them do it with other people. I get working in the customer service industry is hard I work in that industry myself. But that doesn't mean you take it out on every other customer I get having a bad day but you need to know when to check it at the door. Your customers don't need nor want your attitude. I like their tea and bo-tato rounds as well. I have tried and deadlocked their grilled chicken sandwich as well. It has been a while since I've been there in person so hopefully things have changed. I have got food several times through doordash from here it's been good.

I went to Bojangles in Elizabethton TN. I understand the wait in drive thru but what I do not understand is why I get this amount of fries and I asked them to be fresh and the employee who was waiting on me said Okay and I waited a good 10 min and I was no upset about the waiting until I got my fries out and seen how dried and overcooked and cold they were! And my tea tasted OLD! Not happy at all.

'Do What?' was the response at the menu board. I repeated the question, and 'Yes' was the response, they do have Pork Loin Biscuits. YAY! I ordered a Pork Loin Biscuit and a Med Diet Coke. She said 'so you want Four biscuits and what else?' I repeated my order and told me 'pull around.' She opened the window and asked 'what to drink?' A diet coke, I said. She handed me my drink , and then the bag with a Plain Buscuit(!) as I found when I drove off. Came around again , she asked for my reciept and there it was on the receipt Plain Biscuit. That would have been bad enough, but then the manager came to the window and agreed with the order taker that she had heard the order and I wanted 4 biscuits OMG! Then dismissing me, she smartly asked if there was anything else she could get for me. BTW, they don't have pork loin biscuits right now.
