My quesadilla was all packed together. We needed to wait at the window to ask for more napkins. They gave us the bag with the food in a hurry and closed the windows in our face, we tried to talk back to them but we needed to wait for them to realize we were still there so we can say "hey, can we have more napkins?".

Always have liked Taco Bell. My 2 daughters out of 4 choices for fast food, Taco Bell is their choice. At this location the cashier was rude other than that everything else was excellent, very clean location.

Drive thru window young lady was excellent. She greeted us and gave us excellent customer service. The rest of the fast food places should follow this young lady's customer service skills.

This Taco bell offers great customer service with speedy drive-thru times. What really impressed me was that they answered their phone, which seems unheard-of at other fast food places when you're trying to call for information. Moreover, the CSR Edgar who greeted me on the phone was really happy to help me out and provide me information on the current $5 Big Box Deal and hours of operation. Thank you for keeping a positive attitude through these troubling times.
