I ordered a Route 44 Slush, but received a regular drink, not a slush (although it was cold and tasty). The onion rings were burnt but still arrived hot. The cheese burger was perfect. The staff member was pleasant and helpful.

The food was good as usual and the shakes are fantastic. The credit card reader was broken, but there was no sign indicating this was posted. It was very inconvenient to wait to get my card back, and it was out of my sight; which I didn't like at all.

So this isn’t a good or bad review on your restaurant but, I do ask you guys a favor for me. Around 6pm today I had a newer Nissan Maxima run into my car which is a 2013 Chrysler 200, in your lot today. And I’m putting this out there hopefully that person will see this post and know I’m furious for not telling me. Can you please get in contact with me and let me know who hit my car? One of our favorite places to go get a drink during the unforgiving summers in El Paso.
However, their service has give down. Could be that they can't find people to work there, but even with the app, giving them at least 20 minutes headstart, they take an additional 15 to 20 minutes after the screen says that someone is coming with your order.
Pretty good stuff, just make sure that your have over 20 minutes to get your order
