Great experience! Food is always fresh. They messed up our order but the manager immediately came out to see how they could fix it and DID!

The food is great, along with the deserts and drinks. The staff is courteous and fast with orders. The only thing that needs attention is the screens and the red buttons on the outside of the store. They work half the time, and you can barely see or touch what's on the screen.

I had a recent visit at this location, and the servers were unable to approach my vehicle as my dog had gotten overstimulated and somewhat aggressive. Thankfully, a young man by the name of Elkor was brave enough to approach my rear passenger window, and began to beat my dog to submission with a metal club (It appears to be standard issue at this Sonic)service resumed as usual thanks to his quick thinking, and my dog hasn't made a peep since!

A young man was able to pick up on my desolate and saddened demeanor, and upon delivering my order, he took the liberty of entering my vehicle. He convinced me to talk about my day as he hand fed me my fries. After about an hour of conversation, he kissed my forehead and thanked me for dining in at Sonic Drive-In located on Eastlake Blvd, open from 7 am to 12 am in El Paso Texas. I will be forever grateful for the considerate and passionate training this young man Elkor reflected on that day.
