Mcdonald's

Absolutely amazing, now hear me out first. I was waitin for my food for about.. 20-30 minutes. I'll admit, I was a but frustrated but not mad. I spoke with an employee or maybe it was the manager? I'm not sure, but someone asked how they could help.. I told em I hadn't got my food yet. I explained I had already paid and the order went through, so they gave my my food not even 3 minutes after the conversation. As I was leaving, I found someone else had taken my food. They had my ticket with my tent number and name on it. Nonetheless, the service was amazing and employees were very efficient.

I bought A big mac and a delicious ice cream cone it was all I need to for dinner it satisfied my hunger. Even though I had had a bad experience in the past I chose to forget about it and remember that it was just one bad experience. And that McDonald's has been giving me good food experiences throughout my life

As far as McD's go, this one is fine. We had to wait for our food, and it still wasn't fresh, but it wasn't all that bad. It has a play place for kids if you feel like your family's immune systems need a challenge. The kiosk taking orders did a great job. 5 stars there. Parking sucks when it's busy.

Food has always been great, but service is questionable, you are ignored when standing there to pay at the register, seems like you bother the works when you ask a question, and they don't give great customer service. Especially since the kiosk is there to order some of the elderly don't know how to work the kiosk and the worker seem bothered when having to work the register.
