Wing Daddy's Sauce House

I have been coming to Wing Daddy’s for many years. Like in every work establishment you see some management come and go. They become managers of other Wing Daddy’s or go on to different endeavors. Let me tell you that management at Wing Daddy’s at Airways is excellent. Like any restaurant you get managers that lock themselves in the office and could care less how the restaurant is run. Josh and Art are excellent. You always see them making sure customers are happy, that the restaurant looks clean, and that the food prepared comes out to customer’s expectations. They are both nonstop. Never do you see them not working. You can see that they are here to make sure customers have a great experience when coming here. Putting it out there to show appreciation for their hard work and dedication. Wing Daddy’s, you are lucky to have management like the one you have at Airways!!!!

I have not gotten a chance to eat in. It was pretty busy on a Sunday, so I will update my recommendation when I can. Disclaimer: That is the reason for the N/A on “atmosphere” and by no means a knock on the establishment. Hostesses and bartender helped me get my order and were friendly. Took less than 10mins after an online order. Food: 1. Gator was great! I usually like mine with a tad less breading. The gator had more breeding than the wings. But this is normal for most establishments. I am not sure if there is an option to request less, but it would be a nice option. Sauce and fries were great additions. 2. Cilantro Wings. Didnt know how I would feel initially. Took the dive and the flavor was great. Nice kick and you can taste the lime. Gives it a nice flavor profile. 3. Garlic Parmesan. Its a dry seasoning not wet. Taste was great. The best part, the garlic was not overpowering. Too many times this wing flavor is dumped with garlic to hide a bad recipe. The menu was pretty big and I am a huge wing guy, especially during football season. Skip the Wingstop nearby and definitely come to this place. I’ll be back to try out the other menu items. And update as I do. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
