The service can be more friendly and not acting like their stressed out or being upset. I noticed all the Wendy's has no friendly atmosphere they always seem to be in a bad mood and some time not friendly. Things need to change

Yesterday I went there with my baby boy to get some breakfast, and I was having a bad day but Paz made my day! The service was excellent and I got some fresh good coffee along with my food. Thank you Paz.

The food was delivered hot and exactly how we ordered it. Their baconator fries are always amazing and of course can’t have Wendy’s without frostys. The frostys got here perfect not even melted.

For a Wendy’s the food was surprisingly well made. You could tell they needed to change the oil in the friers, but only by look not by taste. The lobby is actually really nice, just isn’t well maintained, for a Sunday I did expect a little more cleanliness. But all in all not too bad for a fast food joint.

Good fast food. Especially enjoy their salads. THANKFUL for the Senior Discount!!! You are currently using #5 beverage plastic containers. These are NOT recyclable in El Paso, TX. HIGHLY recommend you use #1 or #2 beverage containers since these are recyclable in El Paso. I don't know about the other cities in Texas.

First time at Wendy's after 20 years. I ordered a salad and it was good, no dressing needed, the avocado was enough. Meat on burgers wasn't bad. I heard rave reviews about the chili, even though it was good, it was on the sweeter side. Customer service was good. Place was clean.
