I gotta say manager Ulysses (I apologize if I misspelled your name) is super kind and takes care of me every time I go. And Cynthia at the window is also amazing. I can be having a horrible morning but just her smile and the way she greets you makes everything better. I can easily say you all have the most consistent coffee and food that’s put out from all the Dunkin’s in El Paso. Thanks again, keep doing an amazing job and believe it or not , what you guys do matters to a lot of us.

I ordered a large frozen mocha. I was awful. It was too sweet and it didn't taste like a mocha at all. It tasted like expired swirl mix that should have been thrown away. I won't be going for anything
Staff usually gets my order correct, whenever I order a dunkin refresher or any none “coffee” drinks, they usually come out delicious. As far as coffee, or lattes etc. they usually make mistakes with my order but staff is always willing to remake my drink. Friendly drive thru staff and it is very fast as well, I never waste any time here.

Nicely decorated location. Not as much seating area as the others in the city but good access to outlets. International coffee day is coming up. Free medium cold or hot coffee with any purchase!!! Valid 9/27-9/29.

I accidentally dropped a coffee, and kindly requested a new one (with please and thank you) and the nice dunkin representative had it ready in a buffy. Nicest dunkin in El Paso. Ill be back for more!
