Hands down, this sushi place in elp have the best volcano roll. The avocado app was good too. The music was spot on for the vibe. Love it. After reading the reviews here, there’s some tough critics in elp for menial things. I’ll be back here again.
The food is delicious! The service was perfect they check on you often. Always had a full glass of water and soda!!

I loved the experience, but because it's so popular, it was too noisy for conversation. But the experience as a whole was fun, food was delicious, and servers were talented. I had steak, and it was delicious, along with the fried rice. (Didn't see that listed below.)

Took my family for Sunday lunch. I called in for reservations the day before and we were seated right on time.
For appetizer, I ordered their Kamakaze Sushi Roll. It had salmon, cream cheese, avocado, and topped with shrimp. The roll was delicious and would gladly order it again.
The restaurant serves soup and salad as part of your entree. I am not sure if it was supposed to be Miso soup (see photo provided), but the broth was too clear and didn't taste like Miso soup. It was rather bland this time.
For entrées, our party ordered the Filet Mignon and Calamari combo, Filet Mignon and Shrimp combo, Salmon, and Sea Bass. The filet mignon was ordered medium. It was cooked to perfection and very tasty and tender. The calamari was a bit cheewy for my taste but it was still good. Both the salmon and seabass were good, but the highlight was the filet. I highly recommend it.
The service was great. The cook who prepared the food at the Hibachi table was excellent. He was very friendly and very attentive to our food preferences and requests.
This is not the first time I come here. The food never disappoints and the service is good. It's a good atmosphere if you want to have a family or group gathering and they have a dine in section if you want a more private dinner experience.
Their sushi selection is good and many of them pack alot of flavor. I've gone just to order sushi and always felt satisfied with my selection.
The atmosphere is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful meal. The waitress was very polite, the food was delicious, and the service was speedy. It was my first time there and it most certainly won't be my last.
People can be nit picky and find fault in all kinds of things . It was my first time and it was yummy. I got the filet mignon. Steak was cooked perfectly. My waiter was a little off but Damit he tried his best and all issues were corrected . I’d say give it a shot . It’s thriving for a reason .
Had a great time at Koze the food was excellent, the chef was hilarious and had us laughing the entire time.
Only downside was, we arrived 15 min early to our reservation as instructed but had to wait almost 45 additional minutes for the grill to be ready.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here at Koze featuring a Teppan Yaki grill, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The highlight of the evening was the perfectly prepared medium-rare New York steak and succulent scallops.
The Teppan Yaki grill, with its sizzling hot surface, provided an interactive and entertaining dining experience. The skilled chef's culinary artistry was on full display as they expertly cooked our meal right before our eyes.
The medium-rare New York steak was a true delight. It was seared to perfection, resulting in a delicious outer crust that locked in all the juices, while the inside remained tender and pink. Each bite was a flavor explosion, and the quality of the meat was evident.
The scallops were equally impressive. Plump and perfectly seared, they were a delightful contrast to the steak. Their natural sweetness shone through, and the chef's seasoning and sauces complemented them beautifully.
What truly stood out about this Teppan Yaki experience was not only the exceptional food but also the chef's showmanship. The culinary performance was mesmerizing, creating an engaging atmosphere that added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
Highly recommended, better if you try to reserve with time in advance since it's always very busy, specially during the weekends. Our waitress seemed pretty young but was very attentive and sweet. I've tried many sushi places in El Paso this is definitely one of the best. I considered the price very reasonable for the amount of food that comes in it. Something to improve will be hostess attitude, I had arrived to the restaurant and the host seemed to be busy on the phone with a costumer or something, while the other one instead of helping was just standing there. Overall the experience and the cuality was really good and I highly recommend it.
