No doubt, the best Vietnamese cuisine in town, the beef steak and brisket pho tastes just like Vietnam. Will also strongly recommend their Shrimp salad, definitely have to order it. Also, don't forget to ask for more lemons, it goes just so well with the soup of pho.

Highly recommend if you’re craving Vietnamese food! The meatball pho is so good as well as the spring rolls! The service usually is great! But there was one time where an older gentleman (waiter) argued with the waitress over who was going to take our table. He claimed it was his turn to take the table. It was a bit unprofessional but besides that encounter I still highly recommend this place for the food!

I was visiting town and a hankering for some home-style food. Saigon Taste does not disappoint. I got the round eye steak and brisket pho, as well as the charbroiled pork vermicelli bowl. PHOnomenal, this pho reminded of how my mom makes pho. The bowl of pho was reasonably priced, flavorful, rich, and warms the soul. Saigon Taste hit the spot I would come again.

I come here somewhat often. The food can be pretty good but some dishes are just mediocre or lackluster. The service is good. When I came in, the fish tank was really dusty and dirty. When I got my water cup, I already started drinking it before I noticed that there was an abundance of residue on the inside of the bottom of the cup. The dessert options are very limited, as there was only 2 last time I went. They were similar too I think. It's a good place but you can fix a few flaws such as cleanliness. I felt very bad for the fish. Thank you if you listened to my feedback.

I have visited El Paso twice and both times I’ve just had to come here. All of the food on the menu looks absolutely delicious and while I’ve only had a few things I plan on trying as much of the menu as I can when I visit. The first time I came I had pho which was probably some of, if not, the best pho I’ve ever had. The broth was rich in flavor and all of the meat (I chose to go with combination pho) was cooked to perfection. The service was great and my food was brought out hastily. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend stopping by for a quick and delicious meal!

I dine here maybe once or twice a week with my family. My daughter loves the tripe pho, while I personally love the tendon pho. The broth is well-seasoned, flavorful, and fresh. Always excited to come back to this establishment.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was a bit slow but customer-to-staff ratio was on high side, so maybe service was fast. Current prices are up from those on website; they look to be $1 all around. Entrees serve more than one. I forgot Vietnamese restaurants offer family-style portions. Another memory this place brought back are the 80s and 90s club music that they play. My Pho Ap Chao was flavorful and very crunchy. Soaking the noodles in the sauce tamed the crunchiness. The squid was brought later in a separate dish because they were left out. Thumbs up for staff because I didn't even notice.

The food was tasty; the service no so much. I understand that with people not working, service will suffer. We ordered a large Pho and we got a small one; we were hungry, so we just took it. One of the dishes said it had squid, but when we got it, no squid in it

I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and I always get the same thing, Beef Pho soup with steak and brisket. I have loved it every time! The spring rolls are also super amazing. It’s a quiet place with plenty of seating available. Service was also good, food didn’t take long to come out. A must stop if your craving pho 👍🏻
