The quest for the ever elusive Donut Holes. My 2nd visit having ordered Donut Holes among other items only to be informed they don’t have any? I was given an equal substitution, thank you.
First off, why offer Donut Holes via App when not stocked? Second, I was disheartened to hear they are not made on site but shipped from another location?
Now, I care not to have Donut Holes as they are not made fresh-might as well go to DD for non-fresh items as they do have Donut Holes stocked and on site.
With KK having items at a higher price point then the competition, I’m lead to wonder-what exactly is fresh and made on site and what is old due to being shipped in from another location?

There are good doughnuts elsewhere, but this place manages to be special nonetheless.
The glazed donuts filled with rasberry are best and so are the freshly baked donuts they sometimes give their costumers. I would give Krispy Kreme a 6 star rating!
Service could be a little better but, the donuts are ALWAYS fresh and sometimes they give us a free donut or two unexpected which is awesome! Thank you

This place is awesome!! I love coming when they have their red sign on and I get a free freshly made glazed donut. This time I bought the new original filled chocolate kreme donut. It was really good! I usually have a bad experience with filled items because they usually have very little filling but this one was amazing and had enough filling on each bite. Highly recommend!
I didn't like that they were out of glazed doughnuts when I went even though their hot and fresh light was on but I still enjoyed the doughnut that I ended up getting. The hot chocolate that I had was pretty good as well.
Went in a discovered today I get a free dozen of glazed doughnuts and dey gooooooood!
Brought my daughter for the first time customer service was excellent !!! Tanned Guy with curly hair was a great help ❤️
ordering on the app makes pickup so much easier. wish they had a box of cold brew black coffee for purchase to take to work / brunch potlucks
