I had visited red lobster on Thanksgiving. I was addressed by an employee by the name of Cindy. She was very great with her work ethic skills. She was amazing with customer service, and she made experience an amazing experience that we all deserve for great customer service amazing food and amazing customer service. Definitely recommend to eat at this location.

I ordered the Crispy Dragon Calamari. It was a new one on the menu. It's really good, but I'd suggest going a little easier on the sauce. The service definitely was quick and exceptional.

Cartera our waitress was awesome. She came by enough for us to enjoy our meal without being interrupted unnecessarily. The establishment was clean inside and out. We got there as the sun was setting. The view from our booth was very special the clouds made the sunset even more spectacular.

Love the unlimited for $25. The Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Linguini Alfredo Shrimp and Coconut Shrimp which live they have other options as well. Their side dish mashed potato or rice were not that tasty also their side bread needs some woek as well they do not match up with our course meal. Our waitress was really nice and helpful all the way.

My son wanted to go here for his bday since he loves sea food, and I he loved it!

We had a great time.
Server was so kind, the only reason I put 4 stars on service and not five, it's because she took a lil to long to come back to remove plates, to get us re-fills and when we asked her for certain things she forgot couple of times lol. Place was not full at all (1-2PM)

Their ultimate endless shrimp is absolutely mind blowing! You can order as much as you can eat from the seven shrimp item. All 7 are distinctly different in taste-flavor. Mouth-watering would be a huge understatement, honestly!

Device as far as waiter was good. Definitely took to long to get my Drink, but refills were very timely. He did his job in trying to upsale/add on items but wasn't pushy when I declined each offer. All servers I saw were very polite. The kitchen was very slow. I ordered my drink and food at same time. Took a good 10 min to get my drink and another 15 to 20 to get my food. Maybe it's their way of limiting all you can eat. Because it took a little longer than usual to get my 2nd order and I just didn't have the time to wait another extended time for another round. Great food and service, perfect for a fun and romantic evening with your love one. It was on a Sunday and it was not packed and crazy like other places with no waiting for a table. We tried the ultimate feast (crab legs, lobster tail, shrimp Alfredo, and garlic shrimp) was perfect for two.

Like always very, very delicious. The only thing I was disappointed about they didn't for the first time have coconut shrimp. That's my favorite appetizer. But the evening was not ruined. I love Red Lobster especially this one.
