This is what fast food is supposed to be like! We ordered two medium meals with drinks and fries for $24. With inflation the way it is, that’s a great price for where we’re from. Service was speedy, we probably waited 8-10 minutes. The mushroom Swiss burger is no longer available at this time so I went with the double green Chile burger and my husband got the triple. We were both incredibly happy with our choices. The Chile burger has just enough spice and it was so juicy and HEFTY! The triple even more so! I got onions rings which were perfectly crispy
And not burnt, same for the fries. The spicy ketchup is a bonus here! Will definitely come again, a fun treat to try when in Texas! P.S. the music was surprisingly good inside!
It wasn't bad at all. But they ask if you want extra cheese or jalapeños? Instead of asking if I want to add cheese and jalapeños. So needless to say the food doesn't come with cheese or jalapeños. Parking lot is tiny.
Picked up a massive Thanksgiving day gorge as nothing was open and the plaza is overpriced. Not only was our order on time but it was exactly right, even the vegetarian sandwich that was odd and put together. I'm not stranger to the orange W, had me a passel. This was up there with the best as far as accuracy goes. Fries needed work, most of the W fries do. If you're thinking about it go for it because this location will likely get it right.
I was treated superbly by Mr. Alfredo Garcia and Miss Marlene, I need to commend their great customer service, professional demeanor, proptness and receptiveness to my needs as a customer in every feasible aspect. What makes it even more noteworthy is the fact that they were both so aware and on top of things at such early hour of the morning, which is usually not the case for most people. Thank you again guys, do keep up the good work.
This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've ever visited. It's well staffed, and everyone is friendly, smiling, and service oriented. The line in the drive-through must have been 20 to 25 cars long, but despite this, I received my food in less than 5 minutes while dining in. I was so impressed by the service I received that I tipped one of the employees five dollars after she brought my food to the table. The food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this whataburger location just for the experience.
You can't go wrong with Whataburger, they are a classic choice. The food at this particular location is good, and the service is quick and easy. However, you might want to avoid this place during lunch hour. It's almost nearly impossible to even get into the parking lot as the cars begin to line up to the street, and when schools in session, a majority of the students from UTEP come here for lunch. Despite that, this is a really good location and is definitely recommended!
Typical fast food, not great but fast. Bonus points for 24 hour operations though. Breakfast was better than lunch for sure.
Just want to congratulate all personnel in here (University And Mesa St. El Paso, TX). It's was worthy of admiration how they run this restaurant where everyone were working as a great team to make our lunch experience awesome! Food tasty, fresh well done, amount, price, they got it all, we love it!
I tried the new BLT, and I really liked it! The only issue is with Corporate and their prices. Also, on one of my BLT orders, they forgot my Jalapeños. Overall, great food!
Good burgers, great onion rings. A little pricey for fast food. Service a little slow.
