The staff here is so sweet. Mostly ladies and they know their regulars by name and welcome them warmly. they keep the place spotless and i love coming here after a workout at my gym just across the street ( West Coast Elite )

I’m going to butcher the spelling so bad but Katelynn was awesome and I love this location so much, the staff there is always very helpful, quick, and friendly. I actually live next to three locations closer to my house but I like going there cause the staff is cool and they make the drinks way better in my opinion.

Worst Starbucks ever! The last 2 times I’ve been there their drive thru took 30 minutes!!! I thought the first time was a fluke so I tried it again and it took another 30 minutes. There was 1 car ahead of me to pull into the drive thru line so it wasn’t that busy and they don’t take online orders so a 30 minute drive thru wait is unacceptable. The fact that I have enough time to even write this while waiting in the drive thru is unacceptable.

I went in at 5:30 A.M. last week because I ran out of coffee grounds and everywhere else was closed. Dawn was super kind to voluntarily help me find the coffee grounds I would enjoy & even offered to grind them up for me. I ordered a drink and she took the time to ask & spell my name correctly, that usually never happens and there’s a million ways to spell my name & it’s always the wrong way. She hand delivered my grounds as I was waiting for my coffee to come out and had the nicest attitude and best customer service i’ve ever received. 10/10 this is my new favorite starbucks simply because of her! Warmest staff ever 💗

THIS STARBUCKS DOES NOT FOLLOW MASK MANDATE, DESPITE HAVING IT POSTED ON THE FRONT DOOR.
I went in this morning at approximately 5:30AM to get my Mobile order. There were a total of eight costumers with no drinks in hand and none had a mask on. I am a nurse and I am deeply disturbed. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations either dine in or drive thru. Elijah has to be one of the warmest baristas to ever have helped us. Plus the drinks are well made here too.

I just got my hot chocolate and i throw it because it was without sugar i couldn’t drink it, if they don’t use sugar in coffee or in hot chocolates they fear if someone has A diabetic, they have to ask a costumer do you want sugar?! And then they have to use sugar or not.
