Burger King

We ordered online. I went in and was not one acknowledged. The staff in the back cooking area were "hocking loogies" in each other's ears. When my order was ready the lady behind the counter, who had her back to me the entire time, turn around dropped my order on the counter and just said "order for Samantha" and then turn back around. But the food was good and the order was correct.

What's wrong with corporate office? This burger king in Effingham illinois is just plain horrible. Food cold, buns hard and very dry sodas are served with no ice when you order thru drive thru. Wasted money spent on garbage. Still have very poor quality sandwiches. Just can't understand why corporate headquarters has lost interest in this store. Burger King at one time was a very good place to get a sandwich. Thought that just maybe it had improved since your able to dine in. Nope just the same. Nasty lid and ketchup area. No excuse only 1 customer when we arrived.

Honestly, it is negative one star. Ordered 2 crunchy tacos, and for a dollar each. I didn't expect much, but the drive through employees made it worse. They decided to hand off old meatless option tacos that were soggy on the bottom and only one of those had lettuce. The employees were right, we were drive through customers and wouldn't know till we were already on the highway and a turn around way too far.
