Denny's

Me and my husband been all over the USA ! As a trucker drivers , we get to experience all kinds of food. But the most common one is Dennys, since is at the truck stop. When we got to this place it was only one table with customers. Every other table we’re empty. Since we waited for 15 min and the servers act like they didn’t see us , we just sat there and wait for service. After 20 min waiting(35 on total before ordering our food!) they realized that we were there! We already knew what we want , since we eat almost every other day at Denny’s . They took 10 min to bring our food, everything was cold, rice still frozen. Not to mention the steak burned. Making so bad, they never check on us to see if everything was ok like in every other Denny’s. Making longing history short ! It was the worst place we ever eat in our life! This place should not be open at all. We spend 35$ for nothing. It would be more worth it if we just grab snacks at pilot . Anyway, please! We just want to be respected. We been on the road all day long, all we want is to have a hot meal , take a shower and rest! Is not fair that we had to go through this! We ask for the manager and they never responded. For drivers....don’t waist your time!!!! You guys will be frustrated.

Our waiter was very honest and considerate. He did a wonderful job, especially being the only one there in the front. We normally go to the other Denny's across town, but tonight, this one surprised us. We will definitely be choosing this as our favorite. The food was fantastic, and the place was very clean. Some places you go to eat at 1 a.m tend to act rude or careless, whereas this place did the complete opposite. Our waiter was very patient, and made sure we got everything we wanted. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!!

Food was good. Service can use some improvement. As I truck driver I shut down here for the night. Had dinner here and took awhile to be seated even though they weren't busy. After being seated and ordering, my food came out and have no complaints with the food but after my server brought my food she never came back to check on me. Had to walk up to the diner to get a refill on my drink because nobody ever came back over... Later that night came back to order a late night snack to go. Order a half order of nachos. And they give me my chips separate from the toppings so I basically had to dip my nachos in the topping. It wouldn't have been bad if it was just cheese, but it was more then that which kind of took away from the whole nacho experience.

My visit was on a quiet Thanksgiving eve and the restaurant wasn't busy. My server was very polite and helpful. The food was excellent and consistent with what I'd expect from Denny's. And, of course, the price was as usual incredible. Naturally, given the occasion, I had the turkey dinner. Not like mine at home, but I left satisfied. :)

Must of been a bad day. The staff was all pissed off to have business. The waiters were complaining about people coming in and sitting down. There wasn't anybody there to greet and seat people. And people were waiting to be seated. The service was slow and the waiters were very rude and in personable. The food wasn't very good. Mine was burnt. And was cold. Overall it was a bad experience. This trucker won't be stopping here again.
