Ever since I moved to Edmond I’ve been going here and only one time was everything great. This location is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to but unfortunately is the closest to me. This time the steak was cold, the salsa tasted like a lime, and I ordered a kids quesadilla and as you can see in the picture they gave me two tortillas. That’s not a quesadilla. Chips were stale and waited 15 minutes past ready time on dirty tables, as usual. I used to love Chipotle and this is really making me regret going. If you want chipotle don’t go to this one. Go to one somewhere else. You will be disappointed in the quality, the portions, the ready time, and cleanliness of the store. I will drive the 6 miles to the other one and am hoping it’s better.

My husband got almost 2 identical orders to go- Mine had about half the amount of rice, lettuce, and guacamole (which is $2.85) than his had. His looked like a normal bowl (apart from having a giant piece of avocado in it). I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed that I’m literally waiting for a different chipotle to deliver the same meal to my house since they use normal portions. What a waste of money. I tried calling the store, but no one answered and the line just kept ringing.

Pick-up order was ready 15 minutes late. Food was cold. Rice was crunchy. Chips were burnt. Everything in our order was inedible. No quality control. Management clearly doesn't care about the product they're serving. Pretty pathetic.

We're headed downhill here. Came in the evening, the first thing I was greeted with was how many things they were out of (5-6 items). Of what they did have, they were scraping the bottom. They also did not seem very efficient behind the counter. Didn't know who's orders belonged to whom, almost got mine mixed up, customers waiting awhile even though there weren't very many people there. Then I got home and my sour cream was legit sour. Couldn't even eat it. I usually like the food ok, but tonight it was inedible. Take note owners! Take some pride in your store! A few little improvements will go a LONG way. I'm not the only negative review here by far, so come on! You can do better.

Maybe if Chipotle paid a living wage, this restaurant wouldn't be so severely understaffed with clearly untrained employees.

We have had a few positive experiences at this location recently. Our burritos have been stuffed with food and not skimped on. I have not tried to-go orders or carryout but our experience ordering in the store has gone very well for us.

Kind of sad.. I preferred this chipotle over the one on May, but recently this place hasn’t been up to par. My burrito used to get a lot inside but now I have to ask for extra of everything simply because they withhold so much and then they charge me twice as much. Last time I came, I asked for a bag of chips and I got what seemed like crumbs to what I usually get. The bag was maybe 1/4th full and that’s being generous. This visit alone they gave me 5 little bits of steak and charged me full price even though I told them they didn’t even give me a full portion. Only reason I don’t give it one star is simply because the staff is nice and that’s really it.

Terrible experience. Staff was rude!! There was no food prepared to build any of the menu items and the food that was in the containers (scrapping the bottom) looked like it had been sitting out for two days. Staff member told me “it’s going to be a while” for any meat selections when I asked for chicken to go into my bowl. They said my bowl, with rice in it, needed to step out of line and wait. Then the staff member turned to the next person. I left. Will not be returning and I DO NOT recommend eating at the Edmond, OK Chipotle!!!
