Their food is warm amd tasty, but the service could be better. Doesn't have energy. Store was decently clean.

Great Sandwich shop! You go in, look at the menu and grab the appropriate bag and start marking what you want on your sandwich. I was surprised to see carmalized onions on the menu for a sandwich and I loved it! I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was fairly quiet, kinda off to the back of the shopping center. The place was CLEAN! They had a tv going with sports and music playing. The service is... Average. We were greeted at the register and assisted. There was a boy who started making them and the girl smiled and thanked me while finishing the order. The company looks family owned. Great location, great choices and overall great sandwich!

Not too bad. Unfortunately I was really hungry, so I didn't really get to enjoy the sandwich as much as I wanted to. I had the brunch sandwich, and it was definitely tasty. I will say though that $12 for a small drink, a small bag of chips, and a 6-inch sandwich seems a little much.

Store appeared empty when we entered. The two employees we encountered were somewhere in the back. They came out a few minutes after another customer came inside. They made his sandwich, our three, and another who walked into the store while we were ordering. My daughter’s hot sandwich’s meat was refrigerator cold. I took it back up and they acted like I was crazy. The girl working felt of it (with gloves) and ran it back through the toaster. My daughter had no veggies, just meat and cheese so her sandwich had zero reason to be cold. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it was luke warm at best. I would have asked to have it sent through the machine but as soon as I sat down and made the discovery both employees had disappeared again and haven’t returned for 10 minutes. There have been two additional customers in the store long enough to make their selections and fill out their sandwich bags before anyone returned from the back. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.

Sandwiches are good, but the last two times I was in it took over half an hour to get a sandwich. Only one of those occasions was even moderately busy - the other time I was one of two customers in the restaurant. Don't go here if you're in a hurry or very hungry!

We normally go to this Which Wich and it's really good, but they must have hired some new people and our sandwiches were AWFUL. My wife ordered a Lettucewhich because she has celiacs. Normally, the Lettucewhich is just like a sandwich and you can eat it as such, but this time it just fell apart in her hands. She had to put it on a plate to eat it. That was bad, but forgivable. The thing that truly made us both unhappy was that they completely messed up our sandwiches. She ordered a Provolone and Artichoke sandwich and requested a bunch of veggies on it. She got a few of the veggies that she requested, but they left off 5 different toppings on her sandwich, as well as the sauce. Not only that, but they also added pickles and banana peppers, both of which she had not indicated that she wanted. On my sandwich, they left off sauce entirely as well as two or three toppings that I asked for. It's really kind of sad because we paid $11.37 for two sandwiches. We would have asked them to fix it, but we live 30 minutes away and took them home to eat them. Let's just say it's going to be a LONG LONG LONG time before we go back there---if we go back there at all.

Possibly the worst food I've ever had. I ate half of it, hoping it would somehow get better, and it just didn't. I threw the other half away. My husband only ate half of his too. Not only that, but the sandwiches were extremely small, and not cheap.

No one there spoke a lick of English, which can be really hard if you have any questions at all. They just gave a blank stare when I tried to ask them if they could make a sandwich on lettuce (wife is gluten free). Good food though, so it gets a few stars
