I must’ve gone at a bad time because these were the worst ribs I’ve over overpaid for. They were tough and mainly fat. I thought it was the BBQ that used to be in this spot, which is why I drove out of my way to go there. Definitely not. Waited for over 10 minutes for a half rack, with 2 people watching one person make one order at a time.

Delicious brisket, but the ribs were lackluster as was the highly touted barbecue sauce. The sauce was delicious, but very watery. The ribs were dry rub not saucy and while the meat came off the bone easily enough, I've had tastier.
The brisket is the star of the show, not sure what they do to it, but it's definitely amazing. A wonderful char on the outside, fat rendered down just perfectly and the flavors stand on their own without need for a sauce.

Ribs were nicely smoked. Don't care for their bean recipe. Food is served on 1/4 baking trays....fries covered 1/3 of it. Except for fries, food was barely warm. $16.50 for small dinner & 2 sides....pricey since it's all self-service.

Not the best experience, I ordered brisket and paid extra for it but was given pulled pork and told it was brisket. I the went back up to pay for brisket since I know the difference to compare and the cashier gave me a few fatty slices for free. I am not one to complain, just beware of what they are giving you. I won't go back and plan to let anyone that ask about my experience. The ribs were ok, brisket was fatty, the pulled pork I didn't want was good.

Expensive $16.50 for sandwiches and one small side and drink. Food was just ok. After thinking about it I could of had a steak bake potato and salad for this price. Owner is over charging because he is out side of Edmond. It's not much better than McDonald's. Save your money. Don't pay the Piper just because he is convenience. You will be disappointed

Not impressed, first walked in seen manager openly drinking beer(several while we were there) then getting up, getting in car and driving off. Second it took almost 35 minutes to get our order of 2 rib dinners ( there was 3 other customers there) and third food was dry and tasteless. Just a terrible experience all around

Very disappointed. My last visit the brisket was fair and the beans were spoiled.
Today I went in and as the owner was tak8ng my order I informed him of my experience over the weekend.
He apologized ( nice) today I ordered two pulled pork sandwiches, fries and mild sauce. Disappointed again! Even after I was asked hot or mild sauce the sauce was not with my order. Dried pulled pork sandwiches .
I am fair and understand a bad day in BBQ but when I paid $28 for lunch an I am sorry is not gonna do! Two thumbs down
