Chick-fil-a

I love going to this chick-fil-a for several reasons but mainly I love it due to the employees. The employees care and make sure you are satisfied with your food before you leave. Jackson is one of my favorite people to see at the register because I know he will make sure I get my food fast, I have everything I need, and that I’m satisfied with my meal before leaving. Jackson works so hard and is clearly such a helpful employee to not only customers but to fellow coworkers. He is a great leader and kind to anyone he comes in contact with.

I don't know what it is about ignoring people with pickup orders, but it's getting ridiculous. I've had to stop ordering from all Chick FIL a in Edmond now because of this!! I stand there for 10-20 minutes sometimes before ANYONE says anything to me. Including the MANAGER. What is wrong with you guys? You used to be amazing! You aren't even busy and you treat customers like this! Disgusting!

If you’re going through the drive through and want fast service then you do not want to go to the outside drive through lane. Having made several visits to this location I have experienced and witnessed on multiple occasions the interior lane become completely empty while the outside lane is backed up with cars that had been waiting well before the interior lane cars had even pulled up. This location is the only place that focuses on the interior lane more then equally doing both lanes. And I had preordered online. If dining inside don’t expect to be assisted when you approach the register. That is if no one is standing before you when you arrive. The junior staff members will completely ignore your presence. The only way I received service is when a manager finally came out from the back. Food wise it’s okay in comparison to other locations, except they like to cook the chicken a little longer then other locations so it’s a little tougher and darker then say the location near the interstate.

Going to this particular location is always an insufferable experience. I’ve lived in and traveled to many places over the years and have gone subsequently to many different CFA locations and this is by far the most poorly run. It’s not even worth going in to detailed experiences I’ve had in the drive-thru so far, because I can’t imagine how the management of this location don’t already know what the problems are. But I will say that one of the worst issues besides that disorganization is that they always fill their drinks up to the brim and spilling out the top and they always splash all over you and they hand them to you… That seems like something that can be easily corrected but I’ve experienced it every time I’ve been here.
