They've got a good and fast moving system for the drive thru. Foods good, so I can't really complain other than I would have liked to see slightly friendlier staff. However when they're working that hard I can understand.

Probably the second best location in Edmond, service is always excellent and the staff is friendly. Their cookies are very good and always hot.

This place is full of rock stars! Really fast service. And if you're lucky you'll get to see Taylor and Jacob, what friendly and helpful people!

The worst Chick-fil-A around, I recommend driving to a different location. This one does not operate like the others, long wait times, incorrect orders, and absolutely no attention to health standards.
Hopefully the other Edmond location reopens soon, I've never experienced these issues there.
