Godiva Chocolatier

I first came to Godiva a few years ago looking for a gift. I didn't know what to get and asked the woman behind the counter for suggestions. She showed me a variety of products as well as the latest in their line, and suggested a very nice gift box that I purchased. I asked the woman her name (she told me it was Sandy) and let her know how helpful she was and how impressed I was with her great customer service and all the helpful suggestions. She also gave me a sample to try. I fell in love with the chocolate and brought home some of that for myself. We struck up a conversation and I found her very witty and funny. That added greatly to the experience. Needless to say, the recipient of my gift was very impressed and happy. I love the chocolate, of course and go back for more for me when I'm at the mall, but I always look forward to seeing Sandy. She is always friendly and makes me laugh every time. It's like coming to see a friend!

If you are chocolatier of course your going to love it. There ice cream is always great literally when I go to the mall i always tend to buy some sweets for my wife. It can be pricey on certain chocolates but it does go with its name. They are good for everyone and they have a nice reward system as well if you go there a lot to get chocolates

I was helped by Sandy. She an older woman that is way past her prime and aged about as well as milk. She is a RUDE and very unpleasant person. Even when she tried to smile it was easy to see past it. She had a comment for everything. Over all horrible experience. Chocolate was good as usual but service is half of the luxury experience. If youre going to charge almost $60 a LB for chocolate not to mention the overpriced strawberries you better make me feel special in regards to the purchase. I will ABSOLUTELY not be coming back. She deserves to get fired and i hope she does.

Great customer service! I was ordering some stuff from Godiva online and by the time I went to check out it's said they were out of stock of a certain item I wanted. I called the store up and they had it at the store. I went there to make my purchases for three of my kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made my bags look really nice for my girls. I would shop here again.
