Can’t say enough about this place. Has to be the best sandwich chain I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff. Quick service. Good value. Awesome sandwich.
The first and only real sandwich shop in MN! Great staff, great food and great prices!! The only challenge you’ll face is trying to determine which sandwich becomes your favorite.

Had a very poor experience at Capriotti's today. A team member by the name of Antoine was less than helpful. When asked if I could get a side of hot sauce he explained that he was "too busy" to help accommodate my request. Very disappointing as this location usually has helpful employees. That, and the food usually being tasty is the only reason there is a second star.
Having lived in the birthplace of Capriottis (I lived in Delaware in thee least 80's and 90's.) I can assure you that they were able To successfully export their quality to all the new restaurants that they have opened across the country Famous for the Bobby; the Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and cheese masterpiece will be an instant favorite of yours. They also have a great cheesesteak chickens cheese steak, and hot pastrami sub among other delectable sandwiches. I am very happy they finally brought one to MSP. My only complaint is that this one is in EAGAN AND NOT WHITE BEAR LAKE. Time to open a new one. 90's
Today was our first time eat at Capriotti’s, we’ll definitely be back! It would be interesting to have a different bread selection, though. Unless we just didn’t noticed alternative options, we weren’t given the option to select something other than white bread. Other than that, the quality of the meat was great and better than Jersey Mikes (which I’ve always preferred over other sandwiches shops).
OMG. Had the Impossible Philly Cheesesteak. The best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Added the hot peppers for a nice little zing. Fresh, soft bread, good cheese. And bonus, great friendly service. We’ll be back!
Skip ordering Thanksgiving dinner, have Capriotti's BOB sandwich. Wow! Also enjoyed their PB cookies and chicken noodle soup.
Have ordered delivery from here many times now, and it has been consistently delicious.
Every sub I've tried has been good, and the turkey salad was fine, but the tomato bisque is killer! Probably my favorite tomato bisque I've had honestly!
I add a little truffle hot sauce to it sometimes and it's perfect.
Get the sub/soup combo, get the bisque, and you won't regret it!
Outstanding! I went because they had so many vegetarian options, beside just lettuce in bread. I got the veggie chicken cheesesteak and it was soooooo good! While a little more expensive than your typical sub place, it was completely worth it. I will definitely go back!
Really enjoy the selection here. Lot's of good options - soups, sandwiches, salads - makes it a good pick for a lunch spot with co-workers.
