Dunkin'

The girl at the window was very nice. Coffee tastes great, HOWEVER I ordered the snack and bacon it comes in 8 pieces I thought I had 8 pieces because they stuck one small bag inside of another small bag making them seem much bigger when I opened it there were 3 pieces and a partial as seen in my photos and the bacon and the bag were both drenched in cold fat.... I tried to call the store no one will answer

The young man working drive thru has such a warm personality! A very refreshing interaction at a food place. I did however purchase a breakfast sandwich. It wasn't really good. I am not blaming the preparation. I just think dunkin' isnt palatable. Who sells a dry bagel sandwich? 3 stars only for the staff.

It’s a bit of a long review for several reasons, so please read through. I decided to order a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel online to Dunkin Donuts for pickup and I had to go through DoorDash, Okay. I was not aware I could not go through the drive through to pickup my order. So when I showed up at the drive through my order was not there. Okayyy. (Oh yeah, I forgot to say I was in a really bad mood before going to DD.). While I was looking on my phone for my order information, I needed to get out of the drive through lane and go inside. Apparently when you order a pickup order and I am not familiar with doing that because I normally do not order food this way, you have to go inside the store to pickup the food. Okayyyy. Well, as I was going through all of this, I gave the young man, who I first met at the drive through, who told me my order was not there, and then I met him inside, where the dashdoor pickup area is- only to find out my order was not started - although a text message informed me my order was ready and I had an email confirmation as well, I was ignorant to the young man. He did nothing wrong. I was angry for a whole other reason and then with all the little things going on or I guess I can say, “not” going on, I was rude to him. Efff! AND I have to say he was professional! For whatever reason my bagel order didn’t go through and I had to wait for my bagel to be made up, so luckily I had a moment to apologize to the young man. And when I apologized to him I saw his name is Smiley. Yippee, I was ignorant to Smiley! Lovely, right?!! Sooooo, I give Smiley 5 stars ⭐️ and I give my overall online order and pickup 3 ⭐️. For as long as I waited for my sandwich to be made fresh, when I received it, it wasn’t hot. DD was clean, it looked like the crew worked well together.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts. I go out of my way to the Dunkin Donuts on Edgewood road. Today I decided to take a chance at this DD hoping things changed, but things are still the same. Two workers got into a argument while I’m ordering, this is after I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes to order with no one at the register. They continued to argue even though there were customers waiting to order after me.

Great Job Dunkin of Edgewood Pulaski Highway 😊😉 Whoever helped get this store to the status it is now, FANTASTIC JOB! Major improvements with everything! Staff is now super friendly and personable which makes visiting this location even more of a joy now! They make drinks much better instead of throwing together some kind of concoction like I dealt with for well over a years time. The last few months have been such a pleasure. Major improvement!
