Taco Bell

I don't expect much from fast food restaurants- but this one was truly sub-par. The two staff members I interacted with were helpful enough but the other staff seemed totally unprofessional, joking around & calling out loudly to one another almost as if they were just hanging out while prepping the food. The food was put together in a slap-dash manner with previously specified items left out. The dining area wasn't clean enough to want to sit and enjoy a meal there and the bathroom left much to be desired. As for the food, the rice in our burritos was clearly undercooked. The side of lettuce I ordered appeared to have been sitting out for some time and my burrito had a few cheese shreds in it after I distinctly requested no dairy. If this were a case of an allergic reaction to dairy, the meal could have had a very negative impact. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied. I got the distinct impression that the employees didn't really have much work ethic and didn't care what kind of job they did. I definitely won't be buying from this Taco Bell again.

This place got my order right for the first time in years the other night. But the cinnamon twists that they never remember for my daughter tastes like plastic bag...either it's been so long that they have left them out of the bag we forgot they were terrible, or they we just disgusting due to poor preparation. Other than that, the speed of the drive-through was not as aweful as it used to be, so props on that Edgweood.

Ordered food for pickup. When we got there they said they were closed. No signs up saying that anywhere. I understand system issues or being short handed, however, to say we are closed and then just turned around and ignore customers is not okay. Update to previous review: If negative stars was a thing this location would have them ALL. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with fast food. EVERY single time I order from here they cancel due to being "closed". I've tried several times with this place and it's the same everytime. I'll drive a little further away if I want taco bell enough to do so. Save yourself time and frustration... skip this location and go elsewhere.
