Sonic Drive-in

Showed up and ordered some food for a late lunch. Total was 9.38. I was two short in cash so I was just going to use my debt card for the difference. Had all the money just to forms of payment. I offered 5 in cash and the rest on card. When the young lady came with the food she said that they don’t expect two forms of payments cash or card only not combined. She was liking and able to run the card inside or cash only. Not sure what the problem was as she stated they had the tool operating, this has to be something that happens every day. I asked for a manager/ supervisor and she said that there was none. There was no signage stating there was a issue. When I asked why I couldn’t pay this way. I just got a shoulder shrugged. No manager or supervisor available. While they may have a Legitimate reason. Staff was unable to communicate why this was happening. I have no other reason but to believe it is laziness that I am leaving with no food and no more time for my lunch. Do better.

Came here spent the last of my money on a strawberry slush. I've been craving for days. Didn't even make it out of the parking lot and notice there was a hole in my cup. Stopped at a different drive up and explained what happened one of the workers came out and said "Nope, I wont replace I didn't break it" I was so upset I came home crying and had my husband go down and try to see if he can get it replaced I was on the phone the whole time and he politely asked if he could speak with a manager, get his money back or simply just have a new drink. The small Hispanic claimed she was the manager and closed the door on my husband. She than tried calling the police. I don't understand why she needed to be so mean and rude over some shaved ice and some strawberries. I didn't get my money back, a new drink. I'm honestly very upset. I'm pregnant and have been wanting sonic for weeks. DO NOT COME HERE. People are insanely rude and disrespectful.

35 minutes waiting on 3 drinks. Manager was extremely rude and difficult to understand, could hear her yelling at employees. Theres busy places and times but we never got our drinks. Watched other cars who got there after get all their things in a usual wait time. We left after checking again and getting an attitude from the "manager" what a joke. It's never been this bad. Looks like I'm not the only one for today same experience.

I ordered a drink order (3 Ocean Waters, 1 Yellow Cake Batter Shake) 10 minutes before arriving for an 'ASAP' order. We arrived at Sonic and waited 10 minutes before our order was "on the way", then another 10 minutes before I pushed the button. They said it'll be out "soon" and then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before I pushed the red button again. "Soon" it'll be out and in all I waited at Sonic for 45 minutes and the order was placed 10 minutes ahead. 55 minutes for a simple drink order of 3 Ocean Waters and 1 shake. The gas I've burned sitting here cost more than my drink order. Absolutely shameful. Watched 5 or 6 cars get their whole order (food, drinks, everything) before we got our order.

No one answering the order kiosks. We were there to pick up a delivery order and had to finally get someone to to the door to see what we wanted. Several other costumers were experiencing the SAME issues. If it wasn't for delivery order, we would have left. We probably had a 15 min. wait BEFORE any help.
