Outback Steakhouse

Eating outback at the restaurant is excellent, but ordering outback at home or curbside has been highly disappointing. The order is always messed up, they forget the toppings, and they deliver less quality food. Last night my order was again disappointing. My steak on the left corner was what they sent. I ordered loaded baked potato and loaded mash potatoes in which the toppings were missing, so I had to use my home butter and toppings since they didn’t provide any.

The server was very helpful. My four year old son who is very picky enjoyed his dinner because of her recommendation and a little custom order made just for him! All this while the restaurant was extremely busy, she still had the time to accommodate my family. The staff was really on there “A” game running orders back and fourth and still managed to satisfy customers. I’ve worked in customer service for 14 years and this is a crew I wish I had! Normally I don’t leave reviews because I don’t have time and honesty don’t care BUT I feel this was very worth doing after my recent visit to Outback Steakhouse. Good job! Thanks again! O yea, the Prime Rib rocks!!!

It’s been at least 2 years without going and yesterday I decided to go with some friends! We stayed at the bar because the place was full. The Bartender was amazing good! Very friendly and fast (Best qualities of a bartender) The food actually surprised me! It definitely increase 100% It was delicious, juicy, just perfect! We got Rib-eye with loaded mashed potato, Spinach cream, Sirloin with coconut shrimp, chicken and steak pasta, blooming onion rings, and The fried Baby ribs! I also got a Mango Margarita that was soooo good!!! Can’t wait to try something different from the menu next time!

The food was great, and my server Lenny was absolutely fantastic. Very attentive, even when I went on a busy night where the place was packed. The manager Kathy came over to check on us and was awesome, made sure we had a good experience and came over after the meal to see if we needed anything else and thanked us for coming. Extremely personal to make me feel at home. Will be back.

Update: Seems I spoke too soon on original review. Had to deduct a star. Delivery seems to have gone down hill! Food is still good and securely packed but they often make mistakes like packaging a wrong item or forget to include some items altogether. They use to include the famous Outback bread like you get at the restaurant but haven’t gotten it on our last few orders. Delivery are still pretty fast via Uber Eats. Original review: One of the better fast causal chains. Pre-COVID I would come here a few times a year and service is always friendly and professional. Since last year, I started ordering delivery via Uber Eats and was surprised to find the food holds up pretty good. Food is always still warm when it arrives and tasty. Not as good as eating in-restaurant but a decent substitute when it’s not safe or convenient to visit. They also pack the food really well too. Love they also give us some of their delicious bread too.
