Little Caesars

Wow. This is the worst I have ever had from this location, they are normally great with food prep. Went through drive thru. We order at 3:26pm no food at 3:58pm. My daughter had to go in to get the order. And they didn't have the second item with it. And forgot the sauce. The Italian cheese bread was not done. Get home and EVERTHING was almost raw on the pizza,, the unbaked vegetables of mushrooms, onions, and black olives were just laying on the pizza. I have ordered numerous times before and never like this. Totally unacceptable. I had to rebake for 20 minutes at home jn the oven. Totally defeating pick up for home. I think this location is off my list and I always gave this one good reviews. Check the pizza before you leave the place.

Pizza is not as good at this location as it is at others. Also they are not always fully cooked and the dough is super doughy and raw under the cheese but today I ordered 3 pizzas on door dash and two of them were not cut at all just round pizzas in the box. I called to let them know they should be checking the pizzas before they go out because door dash will give you your money back for that and they will lose money and the girl got all bent out of shape like "technically we gave you your pizza." I tried to explain Im not trying to get my money back I just want them to know if they keep sending them out without cutting some people will complain and get their money refunded she obviously was unable to comprehend. So I just hung up. Loss of two stars for uncut and not cooked enough pizza. Also the dough was very thick on one side and thin on the other. Its as if the person working there has no clue what they are doing.

I wanted to come back and formally apologize for the review that was previously posted from my account. It was not the truth about the visit, and although it was posted from my account it was not actually me. The young man working was obviously stressed about the situation as he should have been because people are always looking for something for free. He was doing his best in that store by himself. The pizza was fine, and I appreciate the honesty from the owner in response to the original review that I've attached a screenshot of. Once again, I'm sorry. Please have someone reach out to me because there is more information that needs to be discussed regarding the visit to the store
