Ordered a pizza online today for delivery - never received it. Tried calling the store multiple times, no one answers the phone. I think 2 hours is long enough to deliver a pizza. Never again.

I am not sure if this is due to Pizza Hut or Door Dash, but I got my pizza order and one of the pizzas was smushed up against the box. I know that this was supposed to be a free pizza, but there needs to be some quality control. I am giving 2 stars due to a smushed pizza and not knowing if this is DoorDash's fault or Pizza Hut.

We had the Taste maker Pizza 🍕 tonight and it was delicious 😋🤤.
I ordered thin crust with pineapple 🍍, pepperoni and tomatoes. It was the best pizza we've had in a long time!
The people working there are friendly, respectful & they actually make their customers feel welcome:)
The next time I'm ordering 2 Pizzas!!

Wow excellent! I remember years ago they skimped on the cheese all of the time. The past 3 times I've been there the toppings have been plentiful and worthy of a positive review. Fresh ingredients and prepared on time. This is how pizza should be served! Thank you Pizza Hut Edgewater, very pleased!

Carry-out for me. Special was a large, 3-toppi g pizza for $10! Was fast, and tasted great.

We had to wait an additional 30 minutes after getting to the store. When I walked in to the store for pick up the cooks in the back were angry and yelling and slamming things around. The cashier was very angry as well, and it was extremely uncomfortable being in the store. On top of having to wait longer for our food to be ready. Food was bland and overcooked. Asked for toppings on half of our pizza, and there were barely any there. Wings were over cooked and did not come with any dipping sauce. Will not be returning.
