Chipotle Mexican Grill

Update 10/6 I'm really disappointed, and I shouldn't be because it's fast food, but I'm disappointed because they've done what many other restaurants have done: cut down on the amount of food you get without changing the price (at least at this location). What you see in the picture is what the portion used to be for regular toppings. But you can see on the sticker that I ordered extra of some of them. Why did I do that? Because when I ordered a couple days before this order I received about half of this as a regular order, which is half of what it normally is. What it comes down to is if you're going to advertise bowls filled to the brim as a regular option, follow through on it. Don't skimp. This Chipotle is amazing. Good food, good service, and they're always clean inside. Love the delivery option, too. We get their burrito bowls, and I usually order a second one for lunch the next day. It's even better cold! My dad, who was a skeptic, now loves this place.

It is very frustrating that each time we go to Chipotle for bowls, the serving sizes vary widely. More frequently of late, less and less is served into a bowl especially the meat. The thick glass barrier makes it impossible to communicate. When I am able to get the server’s attention to request a more normal serving size, a minuscule amount is reluctantly added. Time to find a new Chipotle for this family.

Fiancé Stopped in today to grab some lunch. Ordering a salad, chips and drink.Service was decently polite but When checking out asked for 3 salad dressings(knowing they skimp out and fill not even a 1/4 of the way) the female making the salad dressing behind the counter gave her 2 and said there’s a limit even when ordering salad. She then offered to pay for an extra to which was responded we don’t do that there’s a limit and would not give another. Pretty sure she just didn’t feel like filling up another container; I’m not sure who made her the gatekeeper to chipotle salad dressing but that’s ultimately all your job is along with keeping consumers happy so sorry but not. It’s not like it’s coming out of your pocket. If we’re paying for a $13 salad and chips maybe you should give more than a splash of dressing in each container to where people don’t need to ask for more than 2 to even equal one normal dressing.

Half of the family went to Five Guys and half to Chipotle. Having seen the commercial, I decided to try the new Pollo Asado. Result: There was so little chicken in the bowl, I actually thought they had forgotten to add any meat at all. On top of that, they completely burned one of the kid’s chicken quesadillas. I watched one employee put it in the oven and then go back to doing other things. After several minutes of the oven beeping, another employee grabbed the quesadilla out. I should have known. My wife, who went across the street for her burger, laughed at me for my poor choices.

I'm a regular here. Today something was off and a few people got the wrong online order, myself included. It's the only time it's happened having been to this location at least 20 times. Mistakes happen, and we could all use more patience in our lives. The staff are always helpful and work very hard. I know they're doing their best, and that deserve 5 stars! Thank you for so many meals that you've made for me!

i love me some chipotle but the last few times i have been there i have sort of a problem with one of the blonde teen girls there. usually i don’t care and understand working as a teen is hard especially during covid days but i feel like chipotle is a kind of place where you rlly have to communicate well and every-time i come in it’s the same attitude just ruining the vibe.
