We flew in from Texas to visit family in Bowie, MD and they knew why we were coming.... For good food!!! They didn't hesitate and brought us straight to Edgewater! 😋 They told us this place had the best crab cakes in the area and THEY WEREN'T LYING! The staff is extremely friendly, and the homemade sweets are superb!

Great staff there. They are super friendly. Food was yummy but I didn't give 5-stars because I think they could've added more seasoning to a few items (old bay in the dip and imperial). Still worth eating there though. Like I said staff was amazing, homemade fries were delicious, and homemade desserts look so good. Can't wait to taste them at home but I was so stuffed from the amazing food. 😁

Family owned since 1948.... Best crab cake in town... Friendliest staff. Visiting friends that frequent this historical gem. It was not only a fabulous dinner, but a wonderful setting to have fun conversations and enjoy the local flare that makes this experience fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Best Seafood Platter I've had in Maryland! Stuffed Shrimp, butterfly shrimp, Scallops, Clams, and 2 huge Crab Balls, Awsome coating and too hot to eat when it came out! The best fried Okra... And get the house Special Whole fried Potato... Perfection and ice cold beer! Yummy stuff!

Place has really gone done hill ! Place was dirty! Menus had stains all over them. Trim along wall was falling off and exposing nails! Cream of crab soup tasted like they melted a stick of butter and added to much salt. Main dishes had no flavor! Soda tasted watered down! Was very surprised most of all how dirty it was ! Definitely will not return!!! Definitely needs a remodel or something!! It’s like they stopped caring!!
