I had the pleasure of dining at Atria in Martha's Vineyard with my wife yesterday and we were blown away by the experience. From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a charming atmosphere.
The food at Atria was exceptional. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The menu offered a delightful blend of classic and innovative dishes, catering to a range of palates. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite.
The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable. They offered excellent recommendations and were always ready to assist with any requests.
The ambiance of the restaurant was elegant and inviting. We enjoyed the intimate setting, which created a cozy and romantic atmosphere for our dinner. The decor was tastefully done, adding a touch of sophistication to the overall experience.
Overall, Atria in Martha's Vineyard exceeded our expectations in every way. It is a true gem that combines exceptional food, top-notch service, and a captivating ambiance. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience on the island.

This is probably one of the best, if not THE best restaurant on the island. The attention to detail was incredibly impressive, from the choice of plates to the appetizers to the main course. They even read my Resy notes about our anniversary and had a hand written card ready for us.
For starters we got the burrata ravioli (which in my opinion should also be offered as a main course). For the main we opted for the charred zucchini and the tuna steak (special) both of which to die for. This restaurant really should be on the Michelin app list.
From the hosts to the waiters (Mat was great and knowledgeable) to the Chefs, really thank you for an amazing job

Exactly what comes to mind when envisioning a fine dining experience. Their Staff go the extra mile to be pleasant, from hostess station, table side, and overall care.
The World is a busy place, one could assume nuances go unnoticed. Such is not the case at this establishment.
The Chef and Staff’s preparation, culinary skill, presentation and ability to delight the palate certainly matter to an adept crew.
Keep up the fantastic work Atria; because experiencing Atria inside or outside in their Garden reminds, that experiencing fine dining outside one’s home is still a special experience still greatly appreciated!

Our family has been eating here every summer for the past ten years and somehow they continue to blow us away. Tonight cocktails, apps, entrees, wine, dessert all outstanding! Thanks to Sam and his amazing staff! Best restaurant by far on the Island.

Conflicting feelings about Atria….
Let’s start with the good: atmosphere. The place is beautiful, and it’s got great vibes. The lobster / shrimp / scallop special was also phenomenal - we split it, and it was one of the best things we’ve had this week, and the presentation was super fun. This dish was the MVP of the meal, but it ends there…
The not so good: regarding the food, everything else we had was unfortunately mediocre. We had the arugula peach salad (peaches were under ripe and the grilled cheese was like lunchables). The bread service is a joke. While the butter was impressive, the actual bread (which they buy from a bakery) was $7 for 4 small slices, and was so stale and dry, it made saltines seem Michelin star. Lastly, the cookies advertised on the menu as “the best cookies you’ve ever had” is the joke of the century. If you make a claim like that, you better back it up. I’d rather have a Twinkie
Beautiful restaurant, but food not worth the cost unfortunately

Best restaurant on the island! Whether you want a fancy special occasion dinner or (like me) just want to hang out at the cellar bar. Prices are high but to me it’s a treat yourself kind of place.

In the top two of our favorite dinners on the island, and also one of our most expensive meals as well (two cocktails were almost $50). For that reason alone, it has to be a 4-of-5 stars (nothing on MV should be this expensive). At least they acknowledged it on their menu with some humor, “Please inform your server if you need a few extra moments to recover from the prices”.
In terms of the food -
Tomato carpaccio with burrata: fantastically thin tomatoes with super creamy cheese. As expected but tasty.
Lobster salad: this was an impressively large portion with nice big chunks of lobster on top of avocado and a fried crunchy tomato.
Crab cakes: two veryyyyyy small crab cakes. Crab dense but still obscenely small.
I 💜 Momo mushroom dumplings: four decent size dumplings in a nice sauce.
Duck a l’orange: as expected. Crispy outside. Two large pieces of duck. Was accompanied with a toast topped with foie gras, but not enough for it to be meaningful.
Swordfish: this was actually quite impressive. Flakey, not your typical dense swordfish, and well seasoned.
Great dinner….but expect to pay through the nose for it.

Atria has an amazing atmosphere and incredible food and drink. We shared several appetizers and each was incredible in both presentation and taste. The staff doesn’t miss a beat—drinks refilled at the perfect time. Incredible outdoor setting on the lawn with Games, fun for all ages. The dinner is artfully displayed and tastes as delicious as presented. We will absolutely be back to enjoy this Vineyard must.

Atria is hands down our favorite restaurant on the island! We have been going for the past 5 years and it never disappoints. This year Greer hosted our wedding reception and it was beyond anything we could have expected! The staff went above and beyond, food and drinks were amazing, and the venue was BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for having us 🖤

Food and service was great. Cocktails were average $15, but they packed a punch. They have three sitting areas (main floor, patio, basement) but both times I came here I only ate in the basement. The burgers in the basement were great.
I don’t blame them for the parking but for the stupid people that make parking spaces on their own. I had to do a 68 point turn to get out because a person parked directly behind me. I wish they would have someone directing people where to park.
