This was my first time there and I loved it. Our food was so delicious and our server was great. She updated us of delays with one of our oven roasted sandwiches and wow was that a huge sandwich. Will deffinetly come there again soon

If I could give this restaurant and the staff more than five stars I would. We were in town Friday, July 6th. The entire town was super busy for the holiday weekend and this restaurant was no exception. Nevertheless the staff handled my son’s life threatening allergy with a level of superior costumer service that my family rarely encounters. When I initially inquired about the menu and if my son could eat there, Sky, the manager, immediately came to speak with me and help find something safe for my son. Even though the restaurant was really really busy she still took the time to personally run back to the kitchen and check ingredients for me multiple times. Once we determined that there was something safe for him to eat, we were seated almost immediately. Our waiter, Keith, was very helpful. Sky had already told him about the allergy before he even came to see our table. He helped me go over the menu and determine what sides would be a good fit for my son. He was very patient. We appreciated that the food was brought quickly, and that my son’s meal was delivered from the kitchen by a server carrying nothing else as to avoid cross contamination. My son liked his food very much. It sincerely melted my heart to see the care that the staff took to accommodate him, right down to the way they plated his food and pre-cut his chicken and sliced his pears (he’s only two). It is clear that this restaurant understands the severity of food allergies and goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Everyone else in our party also enjoyed their meals very much, and we were impressed by the prompt service we received despite how busy the restaurant was. Thank you Mr. Jack’ss! When we travel we often have a hard time finding somewhere to eat with our son, and you made that so much easier for us today!

Came here because of the reviews and DEFINITELY not disappointed! Chicken tenders, cod, chicken club, all American burger! All fresh, fast and delicious. Our waitress Autumn S. was great. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend

My sister's and I are on a little vacay to East Tawas and our host suggested and boy was it a great experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. The service was fantastic. Our server, Autumn S., was amazing. All the food was amazing. I would also recommend anyone vacationing here to try this bar out.

Great food! We were all pleased with that. However was very unhappy with the girl who waited on us. She was unfriendly and barely spoke. Acted like she didn't.want to be there. Other servers were nice to us and took care of our needs. Sorry Shannon.
