Literally every time I go here the blizzard order is either wrong or not even blended. I've never ordered food from there because of this issue. Just make the trip across town to Braums. It's so frustrating that you spend money and hope it's correct and get all the way home to incorrect items.

Waited for 30 min for the crew to make our order... they made 3 other orders that came in after we did. Would not recommend going to this dq horrible horrible service. I would give it less then 1 star if I could

It took us forever to get weighted on in the drive-through and all we ordered was ice cream cones.. The ice cream didn't even taste like Dairy Queen ice cream . It was all very weird.

Really slow only got 2 blizzards and it took them more than 10 minutes looked like a bunch. Training new employees during lunch is ridiculous

Got there they answered the box, then when we went to order they said to give them a minute. We said okay and waited like 10 min then I had to call the store and ask if there drivthrew was broken they said no and then the re answered the box then the shake that my son got was not even mixed burger was cold shittyest visit ever will not EVER go back.

25 min in the drive through and only one car ahead of me.... not the first time either. Will be the last though. I can drive out to Braums and back faster .....

I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes ended up getting my money back on one of the 4 things I ordered because they said it was another 10 minutes

Service is very slow... Need to teach the workers how to talk to people on the intercom... and count back change..Not very professional at ALL!!
