Usually good overall. I’ve noticed the food isn’t fresh lately though unless it’s right at lunch rush. This isn’t too awful with the burgers, but bought some crispy chicken sandwiches this evening and the chicken was very apparent it had been sitting in a warmer for an excessive amount of time. (Almost couldn’t cut it). We had already made it home from a long day and noticed they also uncharged the two meals without wanting it done which unfortunately affects price. (In this day, I just assumed it was more expensive anyway due to the rising product cost and didn’t really check the receipt. That’s my fault, but I don’t typically have any fast food restaurants up-charge without asking.) Also grabbed something from the market while waiting, and the cashier asked if I’d like the receipt. I told her “yes, if you don’t mind” which was followed by her saying have a great night and throwing the receipt away. Overall, it’s good. But I’d be cautious about some items unless you’re in the middle of a rush. Unfortunately my 3 and 4 year olds couldn’t quite bite into the old, tough food.

Staff is very polite and friendly. Although they forgot to call the order number out for my to-go order so I had to come check the counter for myself. I also bought a gallon of milk and before I purchased the gallon I asked an employee if the milk was still on sale 2 for $6. It wasn't but she didn't get mad at me for asking.

Came in at 10:20 on a Thursday, and asked for a number 4. Cashier She rolled her eyes and walked back without saying a word and came back and said " I guess you can order that" and was very rude and unpleasant. Food was good but service made me wish I would have just went to the taco bell next door. She was also a shift manager, name Carol. Was also very rude to the next 2 people in line

Had chickenfinger combo and banana split. Chicken and frys were good. Banana split only had 1/2 of a banana. It was okay but disappointed it was short the second half of banana. Will probably order a fancy sundae next time. It seems like the size of ice creams scoops are smaller, guess one has to compensate for inflation some how.
