I've bought Keychain for frostys since they hv come out. I buy 4 for my 4 grands. this year they change rules and if you use them u can only use 1 at a time no more then 2 seperate orders in drive drive thru. or u gotta go into the store. I don't want to tote 4 kids inside. I think they just made more work for everyone involved. if u really don't want to honor them why sell them?

If you go after 10pm they almost never have salad or frostys. They are open late (1am) which is wonderful though. Staff is always very nice.

This Wendy's has to be the worst one ever. The place has no decorum and it's dirty. The soda machine was out of most flavors even though there were no customers. The food was cold and the employees were playing games with each other. It was a disgusting experience.

At different times the restaurant has been OUT of some popular and nationality advertised items. The window cashier has displayed an attitude at times, but in stopping and speaking briefly understood reasons. ( we're all human) Have seen recent improvements in service recently.

The cashier/order taker was friendly, courteous, and competent, taking my order correctly and smoothly. The facility was clean and the bathroom was tidy. Our food was properly prepared, my fries were hot with a reasonable wait time. Good experience!

Mike (tall guy with tattoos on his forearms) is the reason for this review. I normally never write reviews and he didn't ask me to, but the friendliness and kindness he showed me and my family I have never seen in a Wendy's much less any other fast food restaurant in the US. If he's in charge, then give him a raise. If he's not in charge, make him in charge and give him a raise! The staff working in the back were all friendly and happy when they were working. From top to bottom, this is a great restaurant.

It is 11:30pm on a Thursday night. The restaurant is closed except for the drive through. My husband is a tow truck operator and is in the area have problems with his truck. After a long day hes having to wait for a service truck to come help him and he was hungry. Per Wendy's policy you must be in a vehicle to use their drive through for safety reasons. After hearing this from my husband I called the restaurant from our home more than an hour away. I explained our situation to a wonderful lady named LeAnn she told me that if I placed the order online she would take it out to him. Which she did exactly that. Thank you LeAnn and Wendy's for your excellent customer service. It may not seem like much but because of her help my husband got a good meal to eat while he waits for help.

While standing at the counter waiting to place our order there were five employees at the drive up window talking no one even noticed we were standing there when we received our food the food order was not even correct took it back up to the counter they did correct it. the windows The Doors all the glass was filthy parking lot was full of trash but yet five people are standing around at the drive-thru window talking

Very very kinda staff, really hot and fresh food, and I was very impressed with how fast we got our orders. Definitely would come back. Inside was pretty clean, and so was the restroom.
