I'm not giving one star because of the food. The food tastes fine. The 1 star rating is due to the fact my last 3 orders haven't been correct. Each time, something has been missing and my pizzas haven't been correct. What's even more disappointing is the lack of customer service. Maybe this location is understaffed but, there was noone at the counter to offer assistance when my order was incorrect.

Disappointed 😢 . Pizza wasn’t even fully cooked and this was a order on line. Also please fully make the dough for the pizza. Y’all up price for a classic and it was not even worth that!.

I have never had an issue with this Little Caesars location. I simply order my pizza online, and it is there in the heating compartment when I arrive to pick it up. It is a simple but efficient system. The pizza itself is always good. I have not had any significant decline in quality in either the service or the food.

It was great except they made one mistake. So if customer service can pay better attention to detail I'd give them 5 stars.

Little Ceasars is constantly the same, but Dundalk seems slightly better than most Baltimore locations.

Im being honest. My son is a manager there. Rather have pizzahut or dominoes.
