California Pizza Restaurant

I have ordered here many times, usually dont have any issues. When my wife tried it for the first time she got the shrimp scampi and she said she loves it, and gets it every time. This time we ordered like we normally do and everything was good until we got our food. We received our food 30min later then we were told which isnt a big deal for me until you mess up my order. They forgot two things for our order so we called and they were like we are very sorry blah blah....So they say they are going to have the forgotten stuff right back to us once the driver returns because it got mixed in with another order....which i was okay with. Then i get a call back, from the gentleman who actually took our order the first time, and he said I hear you are missing some items. I said yes and repeated the items. He said "oh, well they should be in a square styrofoam box in the bag. WHAT?! Do you think I am retarded and just missed it? or was it invisible and I just needed to say abracababra?!?! This just pushed me over the edge, because i order out a lot and i tip better then anyone i know. Most peole tip the drivers like 2-3$, where i tip them 6-12$ easy which in my opinion is a lot. You have lost my business, based simply on that second phone call. They did bring my order back to me which I appreciate, but do not treat me like I am stupid.
