Awesome sandwiches! My family and I just finished eating there. There was only one woman running the entire store! She rocked it! Stayed cool and calm. She needs a raise! Right now, start filling the paperwork out for her raise.

Jimmy John's is pretty standardized whatever city you're in. Great if you order verbatim an item from the preset menu-- it's done before you can even pay for it. If you go customizing, it gets overpriced and confusing. Also, this one has an odd habit of forgetting to lock the doors after they've torn down for the night.

We called at 9:20 to have 3 subs delivered to the holiday inn...... the girl who answered the phone never asked for a room number and was very rude.. guess what it’s now after 10 and no jimmy johns.... and now they are closed.... never calling this on ever again... worst jimmy johns every

So good that I visited twice today! Once for pickup, once eat in. Got the same sandwich both times (beach club). They're very consistent, friendly and I like the atmosphere. There were no screw ups on our online order. All was hassle free, I'm 100% satisfied.

Super friendly employees, fast, good sandwiches, clean bathrooms, and a nice view from the parking lot! This has become our go-to place to stop as we pass through Duluth on our way to visit family up the shore. The music was nice, too! My daughter and I danced :)
