Noodles took a while to come out probably because they were making them fresh. Biangbiang noodles were super bouncy and had a great chewy texture. I got the tomato and egg while my sister got beef. Both were good but the beef was better imo.
Loved the service from the woman at the counter, and this place was so super busy for takeout! The noodles were so chewy, thick, slippery, and fun to eat! I got the numbing dry fried beef on a whim, and it was surprisingly my favorite item (coming from a noodle lover). It was very crispy and not too spicy in my opinion.
The Food is really the authentic Xi’an Food. The Owner of this Place is from Xi’an, and he can cook very very good spicy Chicken. Will definite come again.
We were very excited to find this place since I was born in Xi’an. It did not disappoint. The food is so authentic and flavorful. The service is great and very fast.
I have had chinese food all over the world and the cumin lamb with hand pulled noodles was one of the heartiest and most spice satisfying meals I've ever had. Definitely check this place out for unique, quality dishes at food court prices!
The food here is amazing. Spicy, homemade, flavorful. Everything i have had here was good. Impressed by the consistency and quality.
very authentic Xi'an style food. We ordered Xi'an burger, lamb pao mo soup, liang pi cold skin noodle, and spicy cumin lamb hand ripped noodle, all are very good.
I ordered stir fry lamb and Xinjian chicken. The lamb was so tough with lots of tendon that I could not chew and wasted about half of the lamb. Also the lamb dish was quite oily. I hope they will use better portion of lamb in the future. I like the Xinjiang chicken. It was tasty. I think their specialty is the noodles although it’s better eaten there than takeout. I think I will try in the future.
