Oh my goodness the food was absolutely delicious. I had the best egg drop soup in my life here tonight. My family also ordered egg rolls which were amazing as well as fried rice, Sesame chicken, and General tso's. The chicken was crispy and cooked to perfection. The sauces were divine! The food quality exceeded all expectations. The restaurant was very clean and the whole staff were super nice and gave great service. We will definitely be coming back as this will now be our go-to place.

Food was good. Love the orange chicken. It's not soggy. It doesn't tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp. My son ended up trying the egg foo young and had never tried it before. The lady who worked there asked if he liked it. He explained he didn't like the bean sprouts. She offered him some orange chicken and even brought out new fried rice without bean sprouts. It was so kind of her to do and just outta the kindness of her heart. We have always experienced great customer service and great food.

I love eating here. The lady who usually serves is so sweet to chat with. They serve the food family style and it just feels like such a quaint little place.

Charming spot. Came for lunch. Food came out quick but not too quick, which is great because you could tell they cooked the food fresh. Especially the broccoli. Well done.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. I ordered over the phone and was told it would be 25 minutes. I arrived after 20 minutes. The restaurant had one server working and from what I could tell two people in the kitchen. The server told me numerous times my order is almost up. After waiting in the restaurant for 30 minutes, I finally asked the waitress what the hold up is. At this point she began yelling that everyone’s doing their best, and said “just leave. We’re cancelling your order. Get out now.”

I first ate at Cantonese House 11 years ago. And during all this time nothing has changed- this restaurant’s charm, delicious food, and family-friendly vibes remain. For this visit I brought my entire family and we feasted. In the end our stomachs and hearts were full. We were pleased with the service/hospitality but also with the speed of the cooking and the authentic taste. I recommend this restaurant 10 times over.
