Little Caesars Pizza

Called several times in the morning to give an advance order for when they open up for a birthday party. They just let the phone ring until it gets to the answering machine which is not set up. After open at 11 AM. Called them about 15 times over a 30 minute period and the phone was busy. I confronted the worker when I arrived in person and she simply stated no one had called the entire morning up til then. In other words, they ignored all morning calls then left the phone off the hook after lunch open. Total joke. Terrible operations. Was completely cut off and dismissed after I called her on it. Of course it's what you'd expect for a little Caesars. But actually it's probably lower than you're even thinking.

Went to store. Tried to pick up 2 large hot and ready pepperoni. Took 5 minutes for someone to even come to the front to take my order. Then they tell me they dont have any hot and ready pizzas. Waited 25 minutes for 2 large pepperonies. Another day, wanted pizza. This time I called beforehand to make sure they had pepperoni pizzas. Its 9:50 pm. Store website says it closes at 11pm on a Saturday. I ask if I can pick up a large pepperoni hot and ready. They tell me store closed. Never am I going to this store again.
