Marco's Pizza

As we were arriving to our hotel late last night the owner himself was delivering for a guest. We asked him if we can place an order and he told us that was the last delivery of the night, we pretty much beg him! He was so gracious and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. As a business owner ourselves it was really nice to have a positive experience. The pizza and wings were delicious! Keep up the good work and Thank you!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS MARCO'S. The customer service at this place is deplorable. Yesterday I placed an order online and received a notification that my order was ready. When I went to pick up my order, the little guy told me that it was going to be 5 more minutes. After the 5 or so minutes passed, I go back in a second time just to be told it'll be 10 more minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes for 2 pizzas, and I went back up to the counter to see what the holdup was. Little man told me that the order was "overlooked" and that it would be 10 more minutes for my order. I didn't mind this as I am a very patient and understanding person - but the unprofessional behavior that followed was dangerous and unacceptable. In my experience, most customer service places like this offer their customers an item or a discount for waiting for extended periods of time. When I asked the arrogant little man behind the counter, he proceeded to laugh it off and explain to me that they didn't even have to be open - as if he was doing ME a favor for being there. He offers to cancel my order which I do not want because I waited for 40 minutes for 2 overcooked pizzas. He proceeds to try to snatch the pizzas from me and told me to give them back. I don't comply and walk out with the food that I paid for. This guy then proceeds to follow me to my car in a hilariously failed attempt at intimidation. This behavior is unacceptable and I will not be spending another dime at this establishment. Also when I asked for his name, he responded that he does not have to tell me. Marco's needs to be aware that they have this type of trash working for them and representing their brand. Also as previously stated, the food was dry and overcooked. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m hard of hearing and apologized in advance, the lady helping me treated me like an annoyance. Didn’t tell me the fact that my order wasn’t in the system and I might be at the wrong store, instead let me wait for 30 minutes before I asked politely if she had my name right and offEred my order number showing her. She had the audacity to chew me out “I’ve told you over and over you don’t have an order in the system” I was stunned. At no point had she told me that unless she did so while not facing me which I obviously wouldn’t be able to hear. It was my fault I went to the wrong store but a simple ‘your order isn’t coming up is it possible you might be at the wrong store’ would have been immediately helpful. I apologized and left feeling shocked and humiliated that I had wasted that much time and treated so rudely. She should be ashamed and I would suggest some sensitivity training for disabled customers. I have reported this through the Marcos website which is a shame because I’ve never had an incident like this ever. I’m super shy and hate confrontation as well I’ve never taken the time to complain like this. Do better.

My mom and I were looking for a quick lunch. There was no line! The lunch special was a good deal. They brought it out fast. Food and service here is great. Their variety of menu items is awesome. Deepa is so friendly! She got us free cheesy bread - when we did the survey online you get a free code for cheesy bread.
