I walked in and there was a old man causing a scene and being disrespectful, the workers there were very respectful and did not let the man disturb anyone, someone else bought this man’s food and so they still allowed him to get his food and we’re polite. And all while that was happening they made this very well hand crafted sub for me

I haven't been to a Charley's is forever. The lady that made our subs really made them taste above and beyond.

The last time I went to Charleys, I found hair in my sandwich. Also. No employees were wearing their masks, per mask mandate. Stop touching your faces while making the food!! Wash your hands if you must touch your hair or your face. Besides not following health guidelines, the staff are respectful and easy to talk to. I do think cleanliness needs to be discussed. Because it's nauseating to see how carefree they are being with it.

We went there and this little blonde girl was very rude and refused to help us. We left and called to speak with the manager and the same girl answers and hangs up.

Are you looking for the sub that is so fresh and delicious? Well….this place is the best!! The service was excellent & and the environment was very clean! You watch them prepare your food & its quick & so ……..Did I say D•E•L•I•C•I•O•U•S! You must stop and try one….you won’t be disappointed!!!
