Why when I use the App to order does it say your order will be ready in 5-8 minutes and they don’t begin to make it until i get there and have to wait? ...and why are some items only available to order online and not live at the drive thru when they are only going to make them when i get there anyway? To add insult to injury they got 2 of 3 items wrong and included nowhere near what is pictured or ordered and forgot the packages of sauce i requested. It can’t be that difficult, i punched in the order on the App. You need to up your game and you only get one more chance depending on your response to this review otherwise you’ve lost a customer forever!

This place is a joke and I think the manager is training its employees to purposely short order quantities. It just happens way too often and the people that work there can't be stupid that consistently. Plus they make your order wrong and they argue with you about it and blame you instead. Not the best business model

We went through the drive through and after already ordering two soft drinks we ordered an iced tea and were only then informed that they were completely out of ice and we wouldn’t be getting it in any of our drinks. They were also out of one of their listed menu items (not a big deal but worth noting). Got to the window and the woman was wearing her mask under her chin and the other employee we could see wasn’t wearing a mask at all. Food was the usual Taco Bell quality but 0/10 on customer relations.
