We usually get good service when visiting. Today my family was visiting and I decided to take them to eat there since they've never been to a Buffalo wild wings. The service was terrible. The waitress got our orders wrong, gave us the wrong drinks and had the worst attitude and it wasn't very busy when we were there for that to be an excuse. Had to apologize to everyone after leaving for the terrible service.

Leo was our server. Took 30 minutes just to get our drinks. Had really slow service until another worker came and took care of us. Only leaving this review because Leo practically begged us to leave him good reviews.

We waited for someone to seat us. I finally called over one of the servers and he said he thought we were waiting for a take out order. I was not happy because my favorite sauce was discontinued, bourbon honey mustard. So, I ordered the original sauce. I ate one wing and did not like it. The wing was dry and had no flavor. I asked for a box to take the rest home. Our server did not ask me if something was wrong. Her service otherwise was very good.

The food was actually pretty good, HOWEVER...their website said pets were allowed on the patio, but they are not. The outdoor tables were also inundated with flies. TONS of flies. Landing all over our food. It was a huge health hazard. I told our server but she said there was nothing she could do. I will attach a photo of our food & flies.

BWWs has been a family favorite. Tonight was a little unfortunate that we waited for almost an hour for our carry out order and when we got it our pickles were barely warm and about half the usual serving size. The wings were not up the usual freshness either. The online order confirmation did note there would be a wait; however, it was longer than it indicated. We arrived early hoping it would be ready only for me to wait in crowded lobby area. Seems like carry out was everyone's plan tonight.
