I waited from 6:03 to 6:37 before I had my order taken. Sitting at the drive thru box the entire time with staff occasionally coming over the mic to tell me “one moment please.” After finally ordering I didn’t get the right food and it was possibly the worst fast food I’ve ever eaten. Abysmal serving sizes despite such a high price point. Out of 4 chicken tenders, 2 weren’t much bigger than a regular chicken nugget. Gave my ice cream with it melting down the side and the coke I ordered was out of syrup so it tasted downright foul. I wasn’t even given a receipt to formally complain. I will never eat at this location again and I cannot believe I wasted 30 dollars and almost an hour of my time here. Do not waste your money or time like I did here.

We recently moved right down the road from this location and were super excited to be this close to a DQ. In just 9 months we’re over it. We only get what we actually ordered like 40% of the time. The blizzards barely have anything in them (despite us always ordering extra toppings). There is hardly anyone when we go and the service is still this bad. Went there just last night only to receive a basically empty blizzard & the wrong blizzard. Take the time and go to Christiansburg.

What a joke! Left my truck across the street and jogged over in the rain only to find a note saying "Drive thru only" I talked to some people and they told me that DQ puts that sign up every day. They are only hurting themselves cause I know a lot of truck drivers (ya know, the folks who can't fit in the drive thru) used to like going here.

The food was ok, but the service was terrible. I could not tell what her problem was, but the woman had an attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing her by ordering food. She talked down to my eleven year old as if she were stupid, because she asked how large the chicken strips are. Very disappointed in this establishment. Next time we're in the area, we'll go somewhere else.
