Overall, Dippin' Dots are my favorite ice cream ever! I havent had the chance to visit this location yet but lookin forward to the treat. However, I must say, I'm a bit nervous after reading the rewiews! If I drove the distance to only find a sign on the counter, I would be BEYOND P*SSED!! Hopefully the owner found a better choice of employees.

Great flavors. Was not a huge fan of the cookies and cream as it was just vanilla dipping dots with Oreo pieces sprinkled in. I guess that is what it should be. But wasn’t a huge fan. Other than that, loved the Nepolotan and Brownie Batter Flavors!

Came to the mall specifically to get Dip n Dots around 8:15pm and they were already closed; lights off, no signage.. pretty disappointing. The website says they close at 9pm and clearly they had closed at 8 if not earlier. Went over to the Roll N Go ice cream kiosk instead and got great service and ice cream. 😏

I was here and the sign on the counter said “be back in 10 minutes” the family before us had been there already for 5 minutes after the person left, we have now been siting here for the past 15 minutes and no one has come. This place needs more than one person who could care less about their business.

Came with my wife, had "be back in 10 min" sign up. Came back 15 min later to see a girl run to the cooler, grab a mountain dew, quickly look around and run away. Don't know if she worked here or was stealing. Still, she was the only person we saw behind the counter over 40 min.

I happened to be in Tuttle Mall with the intention to get me some ice cream from Dippin Dots. As I walked to the register the young lady did not look up once from her phone!! I waited another 20 secs before I finally left. Later on I saw another young lady SITTING ON THE COUNTER WHERE THEY HANDLE FOOD!! The Health Department should come shut them down immediately!
