Waited in line 2 days in a row from 10pm until 11pm. 2 DAYS IN A ROW after work and the workers refuse to take drive through orders. My final straw was when the only worker i saw walked into the dining room ans started playing with his phone. Absolute worst service ever. The whole night shift needs to be fired. They're just sucking up money for a job they obviously refuse to do.

Absolute worst drive thru you can visit in Dublin,Ga. Worst customer service I have ever in my life seen. The workers are insanely slow and rude and they get your order wrong most times if I could rate lower than 1 star I would

The floor at the drink area was very sticky. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day. No pepper or salt in the containers..

I had two salads there both seem fresh and properly packaged..

Asiago grill chicken was dry and only lettuce, small amount of mayo. I only requested tomato being off.

Shout out to Chartika for understanding customer service. However, Kina.... nope! If she had any respect for the company, she wouldn't even put on a uniform. Dave Thomas would be embarrassed to have an employee greeting his customers with the attitude Kina exudes.
If you visit, just ask for Chartika.

Completely messed up my order and sat on the phone with people laughing and cutting up in the background instead of helping me. I sat on the phone for 10 minutes and nothing! NEVER AGAIN
