The Manager who worked on 12/5/2023 in Dublin GA on Hillcrest at night is fantastic. He deserves a raise. I wanted to send my Son a pizza from Florida and after the 800# charged me 3 times and then said my card declined and hung up on me 3x. I called back and got the local store There was a very nice young lady who got the Manager after I told her what happened and he got the order sent and was very professional 5 stars for the Papa John on Hillcrest. Best Customer service. I’ve Managed Hotels 32 years and they are top notch. Thank you so much*****

Manager ?Rachel? Went above and beyond to make my order right. There were new employees and a chocolate chip dessert was excluded. She more than made it right and I will be back. The pizza was excellent.
